Finishing options Individualization of Venetto felt products


For our dealers and B2B customers we offer the possibility to customize our products.

The listed finishing options are not possible with every product.

Often a refinement only pays off after a certain quantity.

We offer these finishing options to our business customers:

Punching logos (directly on felt or leather)
Please note that not every logo is suitable for this procedure. Please send us your logo by email so that we can judge it.

The punching of a logo with the aid of punching iron can be difficult to see, depending on the color of the felt.

Cost for this, once around 70 Euro net. Creating a punching iron takes about 7 working days. Only then can we start production.

UV pressure
Here you can implement your logo in color. Not all felt products are suitable for this process because the felt must be smooth.

Costs about 0,50-1 Euro net per piece. The procedure is not carried out in our company and the duration depends on the utilization of the external pressure factor.

embroidery
Since this is a relatively expensive process, we offer this process only upon request.

Patches or flags of different fabrics
This method only pays off after a certain number. Since the production of small quantities of patches is often expensive and thus uneconomical.
